Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges are free for domestic orders (within the USA). Expected Delivery times for standard shipping is 3-7 business days.
The estimated delivery time on orders with upgraded shipping is 2-4 days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at sales@thesantaland.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Tracking numbers are provided for every order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
